The trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed for all the Directors, KMPs, Designated Person/Employees and their immediate relative as per SEBI (PIT) regulations, 2015 from 1st July 2026, till expiry of 48 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting in which unaudited financial result for Quarter ended 30th June 2026 shall be considered and approved.
