Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders, the trading window in dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
