This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI(PIT)Regulation,2015, as amended and bse circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed to all Directors/connected /designated Persons from 1st April, 2025 till 48 Hours after the declaration of the AFR for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March,2025.
