The trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results for the Year and Quarter ended March 31, 2025. The trading window shall be closed from 01st April 2025 and shall open 48 hours after the audited financial results for the Year and Quarter Ended March 31, 2025 becomes generally available.
