Pursuant to Internal Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 1, 2025, till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 FY2024-25.The Board Meeting date for consideration and declaration of financial results will be intimated separately.PAN of designated persons will be freezed by NSDL during the window closure period, as per SEBI circular dated July 19, 2023.
