In terms of Regulations of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 (Insider Trading Code), the "Window Closure" for dealing in shares of the Company would remail close for all designated person and their immediate relative from 01st January, 2025 until 2 trading days after the public announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2024.
