In terms of Regulation of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 (Insider Trading Code), the "Trading Window" for dealing on shares of the Company would remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 01st July, 2025 until 2 trading days after the public announcement of, inter-alia, the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2025.
