Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that under the Security and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the code of conduct for regulating and reporting of trading by insiders and for fair disclosures of the Co. the trading window for dealing in securities of the co by directors, officers, designated persons, insiders (as defined in the code), and their dependents and family members shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 1, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the financial results of the co for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 become generally available. kindly take the abv information on record.
