Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from 01^st October, 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Half-Yearly Financial Results of the Company for the period ended 30^th September, 2026.

The Trading Window shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid financial results, subject to the provisions of the applicable laws and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
