Pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition on Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2025, till 48 hours of declaration of Audited Financial Result for the quarter and the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2025.
