Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Circulars issued by Stock Exchange and Company code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from July 01, 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026.
