Pursuant to Company''s code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for Trading/dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, January 01st, 2025 till the conclusion of 48 hours, after the declaration of unaudited Financial results of the Company for the third quarter of the Financial Year 2024-2025 ended on 31st December, 2024.
