Notice is hereby given that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from 01-04-2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31-03-2026 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives.
