Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, read with the relevant circulars issued by BSE Limited and Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2025The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2025 shall be intimated in due course.You are requested to take the same on your records
