Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Clause 7 of the "code of Fair Disclosures and Code of Conduct" to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Designated Person (the Code) of VVIP Infartech Limited read with Clause 4 of Schedule B to SEBI (PIT) Reg, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, KMP''s, Promoters, Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Statements of the Company for the half year and Final Year ended 31st March, 2026.The Date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of financial Statements of the Company for the half-year and a year ended as on 31st March, 2026, will be updated and notified on the website of the Company.Please take in your records.
