The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) with effect from start of trading hours of 1 July 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 is submitted to the stock exchange.
