To consider and approve appointment of director retiring by rotation;2. To approve the Board's report of the company along with all annexures thereof for the FY 2025-26;3. To consider and approve notice convening 16th Annual General Meeting and the date, time & venue thereof along with finalization of book closure dates;4. To finalize the appointment of Mr. Deep Shukla, Practising Company Secretary as the scrutinizer to oversee the voting process in a fair and transparent manner;5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
