Timothy Ko is an entrepreneur who has successfully founded and operated businesses in technology and biotech. He has served at both the execuOve and board level and has overseen the successful fundraising, lisOng, acquisiOon, and operaOons of businesses during his Ome within the Canadian public markets. He currently sits on the board of Metalsource Mining Inc. and Naughty Ventures Corp., among others. Futher, the company has entered into an agreement with Equitrend Data Inc., pursuant to which Equitrend will provide markeOng services to the company in accordance with the policies of the Canadian SecuriOes Exchange.
Under the terms of the agreement, Equitrend will receive total consideraOon of $225,000 (U.S.) for a three-month period or unOl such amounts have been expended. The company may elect to extend the agreement for an addiOonal three months, under which Equitrend would receive an addiOonal budget of $225,000 (U.S.) or unOl such amounts have been expended. Equitrend's services will include pay-per-click campaign development, social media and e-mail markeOng, the creaOon of landing pages, on-line banner, and naOve adverOsements. These campaigns may be conducted on pla?orms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or other digital channels.
