RNS Number : 9359A Redde Northgate PLC 07 February 2022 Clarification - Substantial Shareholding On 2 nd February 2022 Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited ("LOAME"), informed Redde Northgate PLC ("the Company") that its shareholding in the Company had reduced from 9.58% to 5.99%. The reference to 9.58% was LOAME's holding in Redde PLC in November 2019 prior to the merger of Redde plc and Northgate plc. Between 6 th May 2021 (when LOAME last crossed a percentage point) and 4 th February 2022, LOAME has had a continual interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company varying between a low of 5.99% and a high of 6.98%. As at 4 th February 2022, LOAME owns 14,821,879 in voting rights and financial instruments representing 6.02% of the issued ordinary share capital.
