Pursuant to Article 10.1 of the Issue and Paying Agency Agreement between Citigroup Inc., Citibank, N.A., as fiscal agent and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, société anonyme as paying agent, dated as of March 18, 2016, notice is hereby given of the redemption in whole of the series of notes named above, constituting €1,500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount.
The redemption date for the Notes will be October 8, 2026 (the "redemption date"). The cash redemption price payable on the redemption date will equal par plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.
On the redemption date, interest will cease to accrue on the Notes.
