On 30 April 2021, the Company received the Notice of Increase of Shareholding in CITIC Securities Company Limited by CITIC Limited from the largest shareholder of the Company, CITIC Corporation Limited, in which it is mentioned that: CITIC Limited holds 100% equity interest in CITIC Corporation Limited. During the period from 22 March to 29 April 2021, CITIC Limited increased its shareholding in the Company by an aggregate of 259,000,000 H shares via centralized bidding trading (the " Increase of Shareholding "), representing 2% of the issued shares of the Company. Upon completion of the Increase of Shareholding, CITIC Limited (directly and indirectly through CITIC Corporation Limited) holds a total of 1,999,695,746 A shares and 259,000,000 H shares of the Company, representing a total of 17.47% of the issued shares of the Company. The Increase of Shareholding of CITIC Limited is an operation made with reference to the policy environment, market conditions, share price performance and other factors, and based on a comprehensive decision of its own operating conditions.
