Notification of changes in share capital and in the overall amount of voting rights of CIR S.p.A.

Milan, 5 February, 2026 - We hereby notify the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the change that took place as an effect of the terms of Artt. 127 quinquies, paragraph 1 and 2, of the TUF, and of Art. 44 of the Consob-Banca d'Italia single measure on post-trading, and what is set out in Article 8 of the Company Bylaws (waiver of increased voting rights by Stable Shareholders).
