VANCOUVER, Dec. 18 /CNW/ - (TSX.V: CWK) William Massey, President is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Peter Berdusco of StockHitList.com to provide investor relations to the Company. The agreement has an initial term of six months and is renewable at the option of the parties.
StockHitList is a full service provider of investor relations services to pubic companies. StockHitList's strength is its disciplined approach to the development and execution of strategic customized investor relations products and services. The firm will use a number of traditional shareholder support services including email, pod casts, corporate videos and online streaming and direct mail campaigns.
StockHitList.com is a division of Berdusco Enterprises Inc and will be paid $7,500 monthly over the term of the contract. Additionally, the company has been granted options to purchase up to 360,000 common shares in the company as follows: 120,000 shares at .05 per share, 120,000 shares at .10 per share and 120,000 shares at .15 cents per share. All options have an expiry term of 2 years. The investor relations agreement and stock options are subject to regulatory approval. StockHitList and Cinema Internet are at arms length.
