This is to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from 01st July, 2026 , in terms of provisions of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and in terms of company"s code of conduct to regulate , monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives . The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th june,2026.
