  1. Dividend Paid
    No devidend was paid by the company during the three months ended 30th June 2024 and 30th June 2023
  2. Employee Share Option Scheme 2016, proposed by the Board of Directors was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 30th June 2016. The shares under the scheme will be granted to the eligible employees starting from the financial year 2017/18 as it will be based on the results achieved in financial year 2016/17. During the year no options were granted/exercised under ESOS.
  3. There have not been any significant changes in the nature of the Contingent Liabilities which were disclosed in the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2024.

  1. These Interim Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in the annual report for the year ended 31 March 2024 and unless otherwise stated are consistent with those followed in the preparation of Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2024 and are in compliance with Sri Lanka Accounting Standards 34- Interim Financial Reporting. Presentation and classification of figures for the corresponding period of the previous period have been amended, where relevant to be comparable with those for the current year.
  2. Fair value measurement hierarchy
    Assets measured at fair value are categorised within level 01 and level 03 of the fair value hierarchy.
