To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2026;2. To consider the appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2026-27;3. To consider the matters relating to the ensuing Annual General Meeting;4.
