Chiyoda : Announcement of Wage Increase for Fiscal Year 2025

Chiyoda Corporation (Chiyoda) has decided to implement a wage increase aimed at responding to rising prices and securing talented personnel to conquer society's challenges.

In fiscal year 2025, Chiyoda will execute an average wage increase of 5.1%, which includes base salary raises and regular salary increments.

We will continue to promote human resource management and contribute to a sustainable global environment for the benefit of current and future inhabitants of our planet by realizing our purpose of 'Enriching Society through Engineering Value' to create social value.
