FURTHER EXTENSION OF THE PLACING PERIOD
Reference is made to the announcements of Chinlink International Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 23 July 2020, 4 August 2020, 25 September 2020 and 24 November 2020 (the "Announcements") in relation to the placing of the Bonds, the issue of the First Tranche Bonds and the supplemental agreements. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
On 1 March 2021 (after trading hours), the Company entered into the third supplemental agreement with Placing Agent pursuant to which the parties have agreed to, among others, extend the Placing Period to 31 May 2021. Save for the extension of the Placing Period, all other terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
