China State Construction Engineering : CSCEC showcases innovations at 2026 CIFTIS
Source: MarketScreener
CSCEC showcased a range of self-developed technologies, equipment and integrated solutions at the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), which was recently held at Shougang Park in Beijing.
CSCEC's exhibits covered smart construction, green and low-carbon construction, urban renewal, and efforts to improve the living environment in both urban and rural areas. The company unveiled full-chain solutions covering smart inspection, smart design, smart construction, and smart operation and maintenance, spanning all stages of a building's life cycle.
Let's take a tour!
A CSCEC subsidiary unveiled its self-developed Rural Residence "Quality Home" design collaboration platform for the first time, offering technical support across the rural housing construction process.
Smart devices including unmanned tower cranes, intelligent plastering robots, tile-hollow detection robots, and embodied-AI robots for solar panel installation were also on display.
CMC steel-concrete composite modules combine a room's structure, electrical and mechanical systems, and interior finishing in a factory. They are then lifted directly into place on site, greatly improving construction efficiency.
MiC (modular integrated construction) technology moves most of the building process from the construction site to the factory. This cuts construction time to about one-third of that required by traditional methods and reduces construction waste by up to 35 percent, essentially allowing homes to be built the way cars are assembled.

CSCEC's specialized cabin products are exported to the U.S., the UK, Russia and other countries. Since the production line was established, overseas sales have grown 200 percent year on year.

AOX, an AI-powered building-operations agent developed by CSCEC, brings energy, equipment, environmental and safety management together in a single smart control system.
CSCEC's embodied-AI home robots demonstrated how they can work in home and community settings, showing how smart technologies could eventually be brought into people's homes.

CSCEC's green carbon management system, China's first construction carbon-measurement system, was showcased at the event. It automatically collects carbon-emissions data from building materials, machinery and electricity use, making emissions easier to track and manage. The system is already in use on more than 100 projects.
