Net Generation of Subsidiary Power Plants
in the First Eight Months of 2019 Decreased by 5.3%
China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited ("CR Power", stock code: 0836) today announced that total net generation of subsidiary power plants in August 2019 decreased by 1.4% to 13,939,364MWh from 14,141,568MWh for the same period of 2018. Total net generation of subsidiary power plants for the first eight months of 2019 decreased by 5.3% to 97,982,470MWh compared to 103,460,623MWh for the same period last year. (Note: The above generation volume does not include the volume sold to independent third parties.)
On a same plant basis, total net generation of subsidiary coal-fired power plants for the first eight months of 2019 decreased by 8.0% compared to the same period of 2018. Power plants located in Hubei recorded 10.1% increase year on year. Power plants located in Henan, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Hebei and Other provinces recorded 20.0%, 12.4%, 6.6%, 2.1% and 9.2% decreases year on year, respectively.
