    (1) Pursuant to Article 165 of the Company Act, the Company will start
        the book closure on June 29,2022 (Wednesday) and end on July 03,2022
        (Sunday). Any shareholder shall go in person or mail (based on
        postmarked date) to the Company stocks department (3F., No.12,
        Dongxing Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105412, Taiwan.) for the
        transfer of share ownership before June 28, 2022 (Tuesday) 5 p.m.
    (2) The cash dividend will be calculated pro rata and truncated to NT
        Dollar. The aggregate amount of such truncation will be recognized
        as other income of the Company.
    (3) The Payment date of Cash dividends: July 29,2022.
