The call period for cash capital increase of 2021 is from 2021/12/16
to p.m.3:30 of 2022/01/17.
6.Countermeasures:
(1) The subscription rights has lost since p.m.3:30 of 2022/01/17 for
unpaid shareholders and employees during the call period.
(2) The proceeds of cash capital increase of the Company has fully
collected on 2021/12/21, and the certificates of payment has listed
in TWSE on 2021/12/24.
(3) For shareholders and employees who paid during the call period,
the shares will be deposited in the custodian account at TDCC on
2022/02/07.
