(Stock Code: 1863) CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENTReference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of China Longevity Group Company Limited (the "Company") dated 27 July 2017, regarding the change of directors of the Company with effect from 26 July 2017.
Due to an inadvertent typographical error of the Announcement, the age of Mr. Lu Jiayu ("Mr. Lu"), the newly appointed independent non-executive director of the Company, was mistakenly stated as aged 41 in the first paragraph of the biographical details of Mr. Lu on page 2 of the Announcement. The Company hereby clarifies that the correct age of Mr. Lu should be 51 years of age.
