Earlier in the week, CHIF announced that the Company had been approved by OTC Markets for its OTC Disclosure & News Service and has already begun filing financial statements and disclosure reports with OTC Markets.
The Company believes that being current on OTC Markets will be a huge step forward for CHIF and a major benefit in the Company’s strategy of growth by acquisition.
