China Food and Beverage Company (OTC: CHIF), an Esports technology company, today announced that the Company has appointed Mr. MC Soo to its Board of Directors. Mr. Soo is currently a partner at Silverbear Capital https://www.sbcfinancialgroup.com.hk/ , overseeing its investment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific Region. Mr. Soo is also a pioneer in VR Esports and Cloud Gaming. The management of CHIF believes that Mr. Soo will be a valuable addition to the team, as the Company embarks on its new direction into the massive Esports arena. The global Esports market revenue was valued at just over $1 billion in 2021 and is being projected to grow 400% in the next seven years to an estimated $4.28 billion by 2027.
Mr. MC Soo brings more than two decades of leadership experience within the Information Technology and Financial Technology sectors. Mr. Soo is an entrepreneur, who has founded and eventually listed his property investment company in Australia. In addition, Mr. Soo has served in senior positions with numerous multi-national companies.
