5.Cause of occurrence:
In order to strengthen the epidemic prevention measures, the local
government of Dongguan requires the residential quarters and the
factories where they are located to implement fully closed management
from March 16, 2022 to March 21, 2022.
Chicony Power Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., cooperates with the
local government's epidemic prevention measures. During the total closure
period, personnel are prohibited from entering and leaving the factory
area, but the factory still maintains normal production.
6.Countermeasures:
(1) The company will continue to cooperate with the government's epidemic
prevention needs, pay close attention to the development of the local
epidemic, and take necessary contingency measures to ensure the safety
and health of employees.
(2) The company will be in close contact with customers and suppliers,
adjust the delivery time and coordinate the delivery of the Hub, and
take relevant epidemic prevention measures at the same time.

During the total closure period, the factory has sufficient materials,
therefore, the production will be carried out according to the original
schedule. After the fully closed period, shipments can be arranged. At the
same time, the company has an average of one month safety stock in the
company's external Hub. This fully closed management has no significant
impact on the company's financial and business.
