(1)The Company will conduct works for CHC on management of loading
and unloading, storage and transportation of slag power and related
products of CHC Resources Corporation.
(2)The above-mentioned management fee will be calculated on the
basis of the annual quantity of materials and cargo transported. For
quantity less than 200,000 tons (inclusive) will be charged at NTD
7,200,000(before tax). For any amount exceeding 200,000
tons, the charge will be at NTD 10 per ton.
(3)The Agreement is effective from January 1, 2022 until December 31, 2022.
