APPROVAL OF 25 MW BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM {BESS) WITH 5.4 MW SOLAR POWER PROJECT

We are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution has approved installation of a 25 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and an additional 5 4 MW Solar Power plant at the Factory Site, Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The total cost of the BESS system and additional Solar Power of 5.4 MW is approxii1at I / Rs. 1,850 million. The above investment will strengthen the Company's renewable energy capacity and reduce its rising power cost. The project shall be completed within 6 months from the start date

PSX is requested to disseminate the information to the TRE Certificate Holders.
