In continuation to our letter CMMH/BSE/2024-25/45 dated November 12, 2024, this is to inform that in point No, (iii) of the said letter there were minor typographical errors as stated below:'(iii) the existing words with respect to' Re-appointment of Chief Executive Officer - Dr. V. Krishnamurthy for the three years with effect from 1St January, 2024 till 31st December, 2026'. Accordingly, the point No. (iii) shall stand substituted as below'(iii) Re-appointment of Chief Executive Officer - Dr. V.
