To ensure that there is continuity and an orderly transition, Carol will remain a member of the Committee. John has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since his appointment in 2018. He has significant experience in business and finance and is considered by the Board to have the appropriate experience, skills and attributes to be an effective Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
