Hunting PLC (LSE: HTG), the international energy services group today announces that with effect from
1 August 2011, Mr Richard Hunting, currently Executive Chairman, will become Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
There are no further disclosures under Listing Rule 9.6.11.
