Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that Equiniti Limited ("EQ") has been appointed as the Company's registrar, replacing MUFG Corporate Markets, with effect from today, 5 October 2026. Existing share certificates will remain valid and will not be re-issued unless lost or damaged.
Shareholders will receive a notification advising them of the change and providing details of how to register with EQ for online access to their shareholdings.
