Change of external auditor

AIM: AXS Euronext Amsterdam: AXS   30 March 2026   Accsys Technologies PLC ("Accsys", the "Group" or the "Company")   Change of external auditor   Accsys, the world's leading supplier of premium, high performance and sustainable wood building materials, today announces that it intends to appoint Deloitte LLP as its new external auditor effective for the financial year ending 31 March 2027. The appointment follows a comprehensive and competitive tender process and is consistent with best practice on auditor rotation.   Deloitte will succeed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) who has been the Group's auditors since 2011. PwC remains as the Group's auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2026 and will resign following the completion of the audit.
