Change of Director responsibilities
Diploma PLC has announced changes to its Remuneration Committee, with Jennifer Ward stepping down as Chair effective July 6, 2026, due to other commitments, while remaining a member. Katie Bickerstaffe, the Senior Independent Director, will assume the role of interim Chair, and Ian El-Mokadem will join the committee.
