6 December 2023 System1 Group PLC (AIM: SYS1) ("System1", or "the Company", or "the Group") Change of Auditor System1, the marketing decision-making platform, ( www.system1group.com ) today announces, following a competitive and comprehensive tender process, the appointment of Haysmacintyre LLP ("Haysmacintyre") as the Group's auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2024. Haysmacintyre acts for a number of public companies and has a strong presence in the Creative, Media, and Technology sectors. The Group was impressed throughout the process with the Haysmacintyre account team, their references, and their specific approach to the audit, and intends to confirm the appointment in a vote of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting. The appointment of Haysmacintyre follows the resignation of RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM") with effect from 1 December 2023. As required by Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, RSM have confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with their resignation which they consider should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
