Arecor Therapeutics plc ("Arecor" or the "Company")   CHANGE OF AUDITOR   Cambridge, UK, 8 August 2025: Arecor Therapeutics plc (AIM: AREC) , the biopharmaceutical company advancing today's therapies to enable healthier lives, today announces that following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by the Company's Audit and Risk Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") as the Company's auditor, succeeding Grant Thornton UK LLP ("GT").   GT ceases to hold office as the Company's auditor and has confirmed there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.   PKF will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
