Flowtech Fluidpower PLC announced the appointment of Cooper Parry Group Limited as its new external auditor, effective from September 23, 2025, for the year ending December 31, 2025. This decision followed a competitive tender process initiated by the company. Consequently, the board accepted the resignation of Grant Thornton UK LLP, the previous auditor, after an 11-year tenure since the IPO in 2014. The appointment is effective from 23 September 2025. Accordingly, the Board has accepted the resignation of its current auditor Grant Thornton UK LLP (GT), after a tenure of 11 years. The Directors thank GT for its services to the Company since IPO in 2014.
