Anpario PLC has appointed HaysMac LLP as its auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, following a formal tender process. BDO LLP has resigned as the company's auditor, confirming no issues related to the resignation that need to be addressed to members or creditors. Anpario plc ("Anpario" or the "Company") Change of Auditor Anpario (AIM: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, announces that, following a formal tender process, it has appointed HaysMac LLP ("HaysMac") as its auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. Accordingly, BDO LLP ("BDO") has resigned as the Company's auditor and has deposited a statement with the Company confirming that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company. Anpario intends to confirm the appointment of HaysMac in a vote of shareholders, at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
