Further to the Company's announcement on 14 July 2026 entitled "Equity Subscription, Total Voting Right and PDMR Dealings", the admission to trading on AIM of the 2,333,334 new ordinary shares will now be 24 July 2026, rather than the previously indicted date of 20 July 2026.
