Change in Directorate Roles and Responsibilities
Luceco plc has announced changes to its directorate roles and responsibilities, with Tim Surridge stepping down as Chair and a member of the Remuneration Committee due to his extended tenure, and also resigning from the Audit Committee. Martyn Coffey will assume the role of Remuneration Committee Chair, while Janet Ryan will join the Nomination Committee as a member and will remain on the Audit Committee as Chair. 31 March 2026 Luceco plc (the "Company") CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.6R(3), Luceco plc announces the following changes: Following a review by the Board, Tim Surridge is no longer deemed to be independent due to his length of tenure. He will remain on the Board as a non-executive director in order to facilitate an orderly handover of his Remuneration Committee Chair responsibilities. The following changes will be made to the Board Committees with immediate effect: Audit Committee: Tim Surridge to step down as a member. Nomination Committee: Janet Ryan to join as a member.
